• Information you provide: name, email, messages you send to the chatbot, forms you submit (for demos, support, billing).
• Facebook / Messenger info: when you connect a Facebook Page, we may access Page metadata, messages sent to the Page, user IDs (page-scoped), and other Page-level data as permitted by Facebook's APIs and your authorization.
• Automatically collected data: usage logs, IP address, device & browser info, cookies and analytics data.
• Payment data: if you pay for a plan, payment is processed by a third-party provider (we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers).

3. How we use your data

• To provide and maintain chatbot and integration services.
• To respond to requests, support inquiries and communicate about your account.
• To analyze, optimize and improve the chatbot experience and features.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Legal basis

When applicable (for users in the EU/EEA/UK), we rely on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, fraud prevention), and consent (for cookies & marketing emails) as appropriate.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and provide analytics. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser. Third-party services (analytics, ad platforms) may set cookies subject to their own policies.

6. Third-party services & sharing

We integrate with third parties (Facebook/Meta, CRMs, Zapier, payment processors). When you connect your Facebook Page, some Page data flows through Facebook's platform per their policies. We only share data when necessary to provide the service or when required by law.

We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing, fraud prevention). You can request deletion — see "Your rights" below.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the updated policy with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice where required.
